EASY TO WORK WITH, EVERYONE GETS ALONG
WE ALL WORK TOGETHER AS A TEAM.
It's gotten better, but still under paid.
MY LEADERSHIP TEAM WORKS WITH US.
Everyone works well as a team.
My coworkers and I love what I do!
GETTING ALONG WITH EVERYONE DEFINITELY HELPS.
We all work well together
We all get along well and work well together.
EVERYONE WORKS AS A TEAM
The positive atmosphere every day.
GOOD PEOPLE TO WORK WITH
TEAM WITHIN DC IS GREAT AND EASY TO WORK WITH
That we all get along and care about each other
Again, that we all get along and work well together.
That there is no drama and we all get along
OUR OFFICE WORKS TOGETHER, BUT CAN ALSO LAUGH TOGETHER. VERY POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT.
The people I work with are great and easy to get along with.
Currently I am being paid $7-$10 less per hour than I should be
Everyone gets along, no drama and everyone is willing to help each other out.
Within our own DC, we have a great group that all get along and work great together.
Everyone here in our DC gets along and helps each other out and everyone is supportive of eachother.
I don't know a lot about the leadership team as a whole, but Kara Meade is an amazing leader.
In my personal DC the management team is great about listening and I never feel like I can't go to them to discuss anything, good or bad.
cost of living is much higher then what I am getting paid, I am currently working 2 additional part time jobs to keep my head above water.
IT'S GETTING BETTER, BUT STILL NOT WHERE IT SHOULD BE FOR THE AREA WE LIVE IN. CORPORATE SAYS THEY TAKE INTO ACCOUNTABILITY THE REGION WE LIVE IN FOR COMPENSATION, BUT OBVIOUSLY THAT'S NOT TRUE.
The cost of living in Massachusetts is very high and I've been working in accounting positions for quite a few years, the hourly compensation I'm getting at Hoshizaki is about $5-$8 less then I've previously made.
WE ARE GROSSLY UNDER PAID FOR LIVING IN THE NORTHEAST, HOSHIZAKI REALLY NEEDS TO TAKE A HARD LOOK AT PAYROLL, IT COSTS ABUNDANTLY MORE TO LIVE HERE THEN IT DOES IN FL OR TEXAS. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.
Hoshizaki says it takes into consideration demographics when they pay us, but obviously they don't. Do they understand that we are considered poverty in our area if we are not making $85k a year? I am currently making approx $54K a year, it's a huge struggle!!!!!
