More communication ppl need ro work not be on the phone make sure we hsve proper tools that we need instead of sharing tools

Im a floater and i go where is needed incase if someone calls out i dont mind it but i would like to be compensated for it though

More money night shift makes 8 machines in 8 hours and gets 40% more than me not fair and they mess stuff up and sometimes i have to fix it

When they open up a nee shift and they are making more money than the original shift plus there people starting out more than people who have been here before and during the pandemic
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give us more money. Make everyone do different jobs instead of having certain people do them. Supervisors need to stop showing favoritism towards certain people. The inventory needs to be reconciled and accounted for in some sort of computer based system to make sure we know what we have. Respect u

1st shift needs more money 3rd shift is getting more than 1st. Needs to be better communication skills between the two shifts and the same between the upper management and rhe employees. Need our parts on time instead of waiting for hours or days at a time. People need to wear proper clothes for job
