Hoshizaki used to be the BEST place to work. Bht now not so much. Nothing is promise except more hours n less time with your family. No one is on the same page. We have lost alot like bonuses, days off, adequate raises. Just take take take. Can we please go back to the way hoshizaki was before

This company used to be so great. But due to poor management it has fell way below standards.

I love this company! But the people are taking every good thing about it out. We were tricked into 4 10 hour days.... But have been mandated to work every Friday..... Night shift is a disaster! Employees are over worked. No parts, just running units in the floor. Numbers so high!

It was amazing when I first started but due to poor management and lack of consideration for family it's become overwhelming. The job is great the lack of sympathy is the problem.

It used to be the best company I have ever worked for. Now no one cares, they overwork the good workers and baby the slow and incompetent ones. The team is gone. You're basically miserable going in there. Can we please go back to the way it was 5 years ago!

Stop taking everything from us and changing it to benefit their needs. Need better communication.

Everything. But they need to treat people as humans not machines. Understand we have family.

Men slack way more then women. The women have to do their jobs and help the men do theirs! Accountability

At this time until u deal with upper management nothing is positive. Bring the Japanese in their own company to clean it up

Rules change daily. What's good for 1 person isn't good for the next. U can't ever use your pto the way u NEED to.

Stop saying "Its not my job" and work as a team. Alot of work is put on a few employees so the rest can slack.

The rules change everyday. And what's good for some isn't for all. There's alot of favoritism. The higher ups aren't involved as they should

Hold everyone to same standard. What you expect out of one do it for all! Reward your good employees. Show appreciation more for valued team players.

Seems women are under paid for what they know. Men move up alot faster in pay and positions. Vacation days but no sick time. Not family oriented.

Men get paid better then women knowing alot less. Women are overworked. The benefits we have are garbage because the company u got them from are useless

I'm tired of the good workers having to work harder while the slackers say its not their job. Again the friends get treated better than the good employees.

Learn how to do there job on their own or be moved to a place they can learn the job instead of having 3 people doing same job.

Feel under valued and under paid. Never feel like your good is enough. Stop letting people get away with not working just because u have a few good workers.

Keeping a schedule. Run production numbers that aren't killing the team. Be consistent like you expect your employees to be. GO BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS 5 YEARS AGO!

Go harder on attendance. Stop making excuses on poor work just to have a body in the building! Put harder stipulations on the hiring process. Don't hire anyone under 21.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid the same as a person who can't even do 1/3 other jobs can. Pay people by experience! Value your good employees. I feel women get paid cheaper then men and more overworked then men!

I know more than anyone else on my line but men make more than I do for less knowledge and lead skills. I won't move up because I get my number so I'm being held back for better positions

Men are paid better than woman here. They move up alot faster also. They don't have to know or do half of what a woman does. Your pay should be determined on knowledge n skill set. Not whos friends with who.

I love my job and what it details. I love the benefits. At this point all the perks have been taken away and more suffering on employees. Stop taking n start giving. Understand we have lives outside of the work place. We have children.

I used to love coming in here. But everything has been stripped away. We never know when or if we're going to get a bonus. U get no perks for being a good employee. The bad ones are treated like royalty. Not family oriented.

We recently updated our vacation/P.T.O policy that allows more flexibility with taking time off.
