I like working at Hoshizaki but it has yet to show me any advancement in my career as i was told it would initially at hiring. Also there needs to be more consistency on the correct things, everyone needs to be treated equally but it doesn't happen like that, lots of time it's very tense
Overall, the company is a great company to work for if you ask a million people certain question and you'd get similar answers as mine because it's human nature to find all the bad and look past the good in things
For the most part everyone is kind
We work together for the most part
Working and my teamwork with my group
The ability to see something different everyday
We do work together when needed
We overcome as a team
It's built from within the company by the home employees
The transparency needs to be real and not just said to be
My job takes care of my family so i take care of my job
The pay is good but it's paid by more of whom you know instead of what you do and know
Lots of people are paid by whom they know i feel we should be paid by what we do and what we know
Start to care about all employees and not just some and realize that we're all adults here and should be treated as such
It seems that we don't understand that we work for the same company everyone is so scared of upper management that the blame game is very serious here at Hoshizaki
Invest in all of the people not just a select few if it's deserved give it make the environment more subject to being able to advance so that everyone can potentially have a success story to tell.
i feel like some of us Me are being over worked but under payed , if you know the right person you get paid good but if not you're just coasting, and this is the 1st place i have ever worked were some operators because of the shift they work make more than supervisors.
