Working at RingCentral is a refreshing challenge. There is never one way of doing something and thats the best part. I love knowing that my ideas and voice are being hard and I have the support of my amazing coworkers behind me. The culture is inclusive abd ERG's are nurtured and championed.

The collaborative environment! I never feel siloed and appreciate the interaction I get daily from my coworkers.

ESPP and unlimited PTO are my favorite! Also, the free food and snacks when we were in the office.

Transparency and inclusion! Our leadership team is adament on communicating business updates with all employees, through monthly All hands, newsletter and Q&A.

Everyone is always willing to help to help things done. There is no such thing as a "that's not my job" attitude

The people!! The people here are second to none - kind, caring, brilliant, insightful. Having a team that champions you and supports your ideas is extremely refreshing.

Our people are our best product! They make our environment so positive and everyone is always willing to help. I feel very supported and our benefits are amazing!

The ability to speak up. If you have an idea, comment, quwsrion - your voice is heard. This aspect really cultivates a culture and environment that prioritizes inclusivity and collaboration.

I appreciate our leadership team making an effort to keep all employees "in the know" on business updates and changes. I feel included and can align my role and tasks with overall business needs.

My co-workers, team and people are the best part of my day! They are brilliant, accepting, inclusive and supportive. My team adds meaning to my role and day to day - they make my job fun!

Working with the most amazing people ever! What also makes me happy at work is being able to be creative - no idea is too wild, we have the terrain and resources to bring our creativity to life - and that makes me really happy.
