Overall symplr is an engaging, inclusive, and a fun place to work. The benefits could be a bit better. The health and dental plans aren't the best. However, the town hall meetings, seemingly constant updates from the leaership team, paid exercise classes, unlimited time, and 401k matching are great!

I can't think of one person I wouldn't want to work with in this company. Everyone is always willing to help and is extremely kind.

It seems like everyone realizes that your health comes first, then work. If you aren't healthy then you aren't going to do anyone any good,

There are constant updates on what is happening within the organization. The leadership team is always transparent about what is going on both in the present moment and regarding future plans

Everyone on my team cares about each other and are always looking out for each other. They are eager to get the work done and inspire me to put my best foot forward as well

As busy as we are and as serious about our jobs we are, we still always find time to have fun. I LOVE that after all the DEI erasure in other companies, symplr doubled down. They make sure everyone is heard and represented
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that if there is ever something happening in a particular area (hurricane, flooding, etc) you always hear something from BJ or HR. I love the "fun couldn't be symplr" events. I appreciate the ERGs and the events they host so I can be more informed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get a daily email that has a meditation in it, I get permissive PTO which allows me to take the time that I need without being nervous about going over or having to earn extra time, and the 401k matching is helping me towards planning for retirement!
