
Reinforcement of Connect and Scale strategy. In every call with executive leadership, they comment/say the words and work towards that strategy. I think it's important and beneficial towards achieving the goal and delivering on the strategy.
We all have a different skillset, which is cool because then we can learn more from each other. I think personality being an important hiring factor plays a big part in why we all get along so well.
I think salary-wise it's competitive and makes me feel valued, but the bonus structure is kind of a joke. TOP is not meaningful enough, we should have higher bonus targets and more emphasis on individual performance being a multiplier instead of company or segment performance.
