
Although the price list for products and services has been adjusted (increased) at least 10 times over the last 5 years, salary increases are lower than the inflation rate. This should be changed in our opinion.
Too little time (or rather, no time at all) is invested in the personal development of employees. There are practically no opportunities for career steps, at least in our division. You either accept this or leave the company. Naturally, this also has a negative impact on the motivation.
