
Encourage taking time off and a better PTO structure for hourly employees. The fact that we have no "Sick Time" is crazy!
More transparency on roles. Give hourly employees actual sick time to use instead of having to use PTO. More room to grow financially, pay better wages that align with the market.
Understand that WPS does their best and not everyone is going to be 100% satisfied. I would just love for people to be happy with all if the free meals they get, but they still complain to me every day.
