A survey is not the way to initiate organisational change. I am happy to provide sentiment, but this seems to be getting into solutioning.
The pay is commensurate with the value provided. The organisational structure, practices and processes limit the value I can provide (and I observe this is true of others)
Reduce complacency and making excuses. Put in place practices and processes to allow curiosity. The organisation is full of really nice people, that are highly competent, but they are not empowered.
Rob Painters monthly vision leadership is excellent. However, I don't think this is understood and/or understood as it filters through middle management. Translating that vision to a what and a how can be difficult if this has never been seen or experienced before.
