
When we achieve things we know our customers/end users want. That is the key driver I think. Secondly, when we are able to improve on our weaknesses.
We are after many years aligned, and we are (still) very engaged in our industry, including new Trimble parts (not only our origin business). We help each others to succeed.
Reg. culture: As the MD of Trimble Solutions Sandvika AS I think I get too much paid, compared to some of my colleagues. And the way the "money is shared" is not according to our original company culture. We new this would become an issue when we got acquired.
Key: Information is lacking. Reg rating my manager: This was difficult because important nuances are gone in such questionnaires. Things are normally not black and white. E.g. in my case I have a new manager - difficult to rate this early. It inspires me to be more direct from now on.
