It's great to work at Elsevier. To be honest I am in a great mental space where I am able to juggle both my personal and professional life well. Alongside working during office hours, I get ample time to pursue my own interests as well as get time for the family. So its a joy to be part of Elsevier!

I have just completed my probation period and these have been a great months for me. Everyday has been about learning, upgrading and becoming better at what I do, and it really feels great!

I think happily opening up my system and going through mails and getting manuscripts or thankful mails from the authors and editors does excite me up.

I think they have put up a clear set of goals and objectives and what they want not just as a company but as a people's company.

People are nice and helpful. You can actually ask for help from other team members easily and everyone works towards resolving any issues rather than creating one.

The overall scenario of providing ample leaves as well as insurance benefits to the employees. Also keeping in check the mental health of the person, so that they don't get overwhelmed by the work.
