The Leadership team is transparent and easily accessible. They are willing to take in your ideas even if those ideas are put into place.

Our team is young and energetic. We are excited about our company's future and look forward to helping our growth and being a part of something that we think is important.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think there is a mentality here that we know we are a part of something big and exciting. Though we have hard times and want to quit - the excitement of changing the way Fans buy sports apparel keeps us going.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation is not up to standards with the industry, 10-15k below per year. Because we work in retail we are asked to be available for work 24/7. We have DTO which basically means that you are not at work but you are checking your phone every hour and lugging your laptop on vacation
