What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team doesn't actually walk around and talk to employees. Don't know how to answer b/c they are not connected to the people doing all the real work.
What makes you most happy at work?
finally having a boss that's awesome ! my old boss in tech design was terrible and i almost quit. I was able to leave that area and now its AWESOME !
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
there is a bog problem with pay. some employees that came from California are making much more than people with the same position that came over from VF. The scale needs to be corrected as it's not fair to the previous employees that were underpaid by VF and are stuck in the same pay wage.
