The culture in RC is so awesome! The Employee Engagement team is the best . Managers are supportive.

The leadership team is awesome! They really care about the welfare of their employees. They are also proactive in helping employees develop skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It could be better.. I know the market is offering more than what I received here but, I'm grateful and I have a good benefits package here.
