There is an absurd amount of favoritism and no matter how hard you work it is never good enough. Two prople make more then I do hourly because of their relationships with superiors which is not allowed in the first place. I have also been promised things that are never delivered.

The managers are lazy and most employees questioned what their exact purpose was. Their level of "playing favorites" what the worst I've ever seen when working for a company.
