Their collaboration and authentic interest in getting to know eachother. Too many "WFH" mentalities that don't value real connection any more.

I am new in my role (3 months in) and so far, have found most of my service partners to not be very helpful. There is a lack of "sense of urgency" that permeates. I just lost a client because someone in another role that I had to go to for assistance dropped the ball.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would prefer more direct communication with the interviewers. I was tossed back and forth between the recruiter, another manager, and the interviewers to then show up on my first day being told "We were not expecting anyone."
