ADP is a good company to work for but, recently the layoffs make the environment a bit unpredictable and scary. There are more and more projects and less people to do the job. They pay is low, the hours long. We need better compensation and perks to get everyone to feel motivated.

there is lot of favoritism in ADP and all the awards and rewards are given those employees who manager likes though they are way worse at doing thier day-to-day work

Talk to the people at associate level at least once in a year and understand their views on improvements, ideas, innovation, and value creation. Conduct staff meetings and one on ones.

The compensation is very low for all the responsibilities and projects we have. The national State average for the position I have has a big gap from what ADP is paying to what it the average for the state. It is almost a $40K difference! Please consider higher pay and bonus for us.

I would say better perks especially for Indian associates. As an example, TBF fund which happens to be Rs.5000/- has been the same since I joined in 2010. Comparing with today's costs its very minimal. Within 5000 there are certain parts with group manager, then based on managers call etc.

Multiple, most importantly need to be clear with what is expected. Need to be involved when requested which is not happening. Compensation & benefits should be according to market conditions and not just go by your own pace all the time. New joiners get better compensation than us.

The leadership at ADP consistently makes poorly informed decisions on the direction of their products and how the business supports those products. Hiring practices are also significantly lacking; most, if not all, interviews are unstructured which leads to many unqualified hires.

ADP lacks any sort of structured interview process. It's highly dependent on the team that's doing the interview. Hiring decisions are often made based on feeling and past experience. The result is an abundance of unqualified hires.
