Never had a raise since I've been with the company. Was told that someone would have to be demoted before I could get a raise.

To be compensated more than barely above federal minimum wage as salaried manager. Was being paid over 14,000 a year over minimum wage until minimum wage increased with no pay raise. Now only 2,400 over minimum wage with double the responsibilities and double the amount of associates to manage.

We didn't get a raise from the time we were hired until the Minimum Wage went up in our State. Our administrative time, the time we get paid to input our work assignments, was capped at 3 minutes. If you're scheduled to work from 10 to 4 and you don't get through at 4 you don't get paid past 4.

Interviews are somewhat stressful. feel like your under the microscope. Nervous that you'll say something silly or wrong, in all fairness I'm pretty good with interviews. Considering I've also been on the opposite end of the spectrum being the hiring store manager.
