I'm testing how anonymous this is, but getting rid of the Risk Scores that help Ashkenazim and Europeans because the scores don't help others yet is like telling your future soccer star they can't play soccer because their sibling broke a leg. Try to improve the scores, don't remove them.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Stop being California. There is no need to have removed the Risk Scores for Europeans/Jews because others can't use it. Those who don't agree with this feel extremely singled out and unable to speak up. I don't know if I want to work for a company that picked "woke" over helping everyone.

Many changes were made for the convenience of others, no consideration was made for our group. And any changes we ask for are either denied or explained away. The only time something changes or is fixed is out of necessity. Changes are made without considering the repercussions of them.

Changes that carry on many mistakes. Things should be thoroughly tested before they're released to avoid more mistakes. I feel we spend so much time fixing things rather than innovating. This affects everyone as a whole including the client. If there's no efficiency then the client will lose hope.
