They're collaborative, attentive and good team players. They know how to communicate ideas. They're intelligent and well coalified people. They find ways to share time with the other even being in different countries and they are amazing!

The concern about making sure Appian hires the right people which requires a careful inspection of everyone coming through the interview process

After the super day (series of interviews and presentations on the company) a few people from the interview team took us to dinner for a more social gathering to get to know us.

Having good co-workers, a challenging not boring work, also having the tools and trainings to develop my potential

I love being able to work remotely. I love sitting down with an issue and really digging into it to find a solution. I also know that if I get frustrated or stuck, there are plenty of people that I can reach out to for a second set of eyes.
