WIth How hectic this last year has been and how much work not only myself and others have had to step up to the plate from lack of preparation by company leaders. staying long nights for months on end, no I don't believe were compensated enough for it. Some of us are struggling to live outside.

I feel like myself, as well as the rest of my department, are always asked to go above and beyond what is in our job description, and we do it time after time without receiving any compensation for it. I figured all that effort would reflect on our merit increases, but was sorely disappointed there.

Every day I know we will have to stay late to work, no matter what the issue is I don't feel as though we have a good work/life balance and I believe this is because of how unprepared we have been. I hope we don't take on more projects or responsibilities we cannot handle.
