What is the best part about your compensation package?
other than my base pay is low, the rest of the benefit package is good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The significant gap between upper management and employees with regards to bonuses, and the value given to certain departments over others for perks like monthly/quarterly bonuses, movies, social hours, etc. is discouraging for people who don't work in those area who often work just as hard.

The company constantly sends mixed messages regarding compensation. Team members performing similar daily functions are classified in very dissimilar ways.

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most was the open-ended questions and open talk.

It was very easy to interview, people were pleasant, great scheduling.

There was a good approach of both recorded answers without the pressure of face to face while also meeting face to face to present myself.

The best part about my interview process was the clarity. When it was scheduled, I was made aware within plenty of time, the date and time of the interview were clearly sent and told to me over the phone. I was made aware prior to the interview of the process and what was expected.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The HireRight (I believe is what it's called.) Is very difficult to interview with. You are not actually speaking to someone and having conversation with you are staring at yourself in a screen trying to focus and keep your thoughts straight.

The time you hear back. I was told when I interviewed I would hear back by the end of the week. I heard back a month later. I've heard familiar instances with other people interviewing.
