Our new CEO seems to be interested in getting to the truth of the matter, no matter how ugly it might be. Previous leadership only seemed to want to hear good news so anything unflattering, no matter how truthful, was discouraged.

I live and work overseas in a high-cost city. I wish my benefits package considered the actual cost of living and how I do not have the conveniences of life one has in the DFW area. I am embarrassed for the company when friends and family learn how cheap the company is.

I have seen this company pivot into a new era and embrace a better culture yet when it comes to compensation, despite good work performed, I have not seen any significant bump in salary or overall compensation in the past 3-4 years. Money is not everything yet it is very important for our families.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think we are finally back to our roots of designing, delivering, and supporting aircraft that protect and save lives and finally dropped the social experiment of wokeness that plagued us for several years.
