management does not feel the need to keep employees that work remotely informed about anything. this has been the case the entire 6 years i have worked for the company. and compensation wise their isn't any even though the team i work with has had nothing but positive reviews from the government

With moral being at a all time low, I believe it starts up top and works its way down. It is managements job to make sure employees are efficient at their jobs, and this goes back to hiring employees on their merit and experience and not just because their daddy or mommy used to work at Bell.

Id first hire people for what experience they have for the job they are applying for. Meaning, I would hire the folks who are qualified for the job and not because someone in their family works here, or they are my favorite server at the restaurant where I like to eat.
