I feel like i am not paid enough for the amount of work i do. I also feel like bonuses should be paid by how good your reviews are and how you work. It seems like everyone gets close to the same on bonuses unless you are management. people that do the bare minimum gets just as someone that workshard

I believe there should be equal pay across the board, eg. A supervisor should get same rate of pay in Calgary/Ontario/Winnipeg etc as the ones in remote areas or in our case a island.

They need to be more accessible, most all of the employees that are working remotely are very hard to get a hold of and they seem to not be available when needed, also we receive a lot of emails late, shows me that they are able to do their work whenever it is convenient to them.
