Management needs to be honest with employees from the beginning, not just parrot corporate policy.

My coworkers need to be cognizant off those around them and not be so loud and inconsiderate. We could work together better if they did the work that they are supposed to do in a timely manner

New management in operations in 2019 has tanked the morale. They dont understand the business and wont listen when people try to help.
