What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the open PTO and tuition reimbursement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is on the low end to begin with, then at quarterly all-hands meetings the HR Team talks about how much they've invested in talent. Must only be going to new hires & those getting promoted: they REFUSE to give cost of living increases & it's VERY hard to earn even a 3% annual increase.

This position tend to start at a high base pay. An adjusted to reflect the market value for my experience and education level would be nice. Student loans aren't cheap!

I feel that I should have been hired as what I was making while a temp for the company. It was misleading when I left my original job to accept this one when my rate of pay was established.

I've been told my salary is based on where I live but I live in the highest cost of living place in all of North America. If pay scales are related to where you live, the cost of living should be a factor and so should the exchange rate.

How well we work together

My team is actually probably the best team I've ever worked with. It took my manager some work to get there though, hiring-wise (#1 candidate for "Understatement of The Year"). We work well together, have very open communication, and we all have good knowledge about the work we're doing.

I love my team and Co Workers! They are so much fun to talk to and learn from. There no such thing as a stupid question with them. Also they don't mind repeating thing when I'm still learning.

How we have monthly neetings to recap what is going on company wide

The ERGs are doing some amazing work. Also, most everyone is friendly and communicative, it somehow manages to feel like a family even though we are still mostly-remote and spread across the continent (like a real extended family might be, I suppose).

We have the option to work from home. I love being able to work out during my lunch break and make healthy home cooked meals as well. I can throw my laundry while working and once I log off for the day I can run errands before rush hour hits. No more rush hour traffic!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't feel heard, the company only cares to hear feedback once a year with their Employee Engagement Survey and it takes them MONTHS (sometimes a year or longer) to actually see any action out of them. Also, when we find an issue, it is difficult to get anyone to accept fault so it can be remedied
