What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses and comp are good. I miss the holiday party.

As a leader of a service offering, my bonus can be fairly substantial, and I have a lot of control over that, based on my performance and focus during the year.

When interviewing I was asked what I would like and the company met that expectation. They give early bonus for the holiday season and in the short time I have been here I have seen them adjust pay mid-year to account for some market adjustments.

Everybody wants to collaborate. There may be differences of opinion, but we work together to overcome bad feelings related to it ("Social Contract"). There is very little territorialism and tribalism. This was a rampant problem at my last firm.

Everyone is happy to be working for the company. An overall happy environment is contagious and your happy coworkers can pull you out of a bad day if you are having one.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting with a variety of people at different levels, and how friendly everyone was. Also, the follow up was excellent.

Centric can sometimes seem to take forever to hire, and you may go through multiple interviews, but the end result is a better fit, both for skills and the culture.

I never felt like I was being critically evaluated to do "x, y and z". I was being evaluated to become part of a family... it becomes your family of choice. We all have family (good and bad), but when you're brought into a "family of choice" there is freedom and the ability to relax and enjoy.

The interview period for me took around 6 months. This was a huge benefit for me as they took the time to manage me through the process, make sure we had an appropriate role and the team fit for me was good personally.
