What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication is a high priority as demonstrated in the "All Hands" quarterly meetings.

Leadership at Cherwell listens to constructive feedback and takes action on it. I feel comfortable providing feedback to leadership because I know they will take it seriously and follow up with it.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing who their employees are, knowing the strengths of their employees, using the skills and experience of their employees. We're not here to be worker bees working on assigned tasks, we're here to be involved and help and leaders need to know who they are leading for that to take place.

The diversity of offerings in the compensation package offers great value for each employee.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better medical and dental insurance. It feels really expensive for what we get.

The PTO program is a bit problematic. The ability to work from home makes up for that to a large extent. The other benefits are are a bit pricey for what we get.
