I have never wanted to kill myself more than i do while working this job. Corporate clearly does not see us as people because if they did they wouldn't expect double the workload with half the people at an impossible pace.

Its not fair that every manger get paid different, even thow tbey work at the same restaurant or pach its not fair all i ask is for equal pay

Other companies hire at a greater starting pay than Chipotle for a very similar job profile. Employee retention needs to be prioritized and the incentive of a higher starting pay would significantly help motivate new and experienced crew and management to stay with the company. We need better pay.

My team is super friendly and everyone is truly friends with each other. Being a store with an ADS of about 12k, we build a real sense of trust within the team. This also leads to more team oriented work and just an overall better work environment.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The only way to have a perfect cohesive restaurant is if everyone has the best interest of the restaurant in mind and works like it. Unfortunately everyone has different goals in mind and those goals influence how they work. One way to keep that in check would be to have strog leadership.

My co-workers are non-compliant. Lack communication skills , need a deeper understanding of the business. Since our compensation structure is the same and tenure doesn't affect pay substantially having a constant influx of new managers to babysit because they're unprepared. Give dedicated support.

Emphasis on work-life balance. We have a scheduling software and a solid training system however there is a hidden tax that seems to require us to be available at all hours. How can I engage when I'm here if I never get to mentally leave?

This company borderline impedes you from having a personal life. On days off your boss is constantly calling/messaging and expects you to answer or get back asap. If you dont you have a talk in person about why there was no answer and how that shows one isnt entirely invested. This includes vacation
