The tiered commission system and the fact that we start making commission immediately with the first placement, there isn't a minimal threshold to cross before commission kicks in.

I work in a bigger city where everything in general is more expensive. Also, most people my age are paying off student loan debt, the housing market, interest rates, etc are worse than ever. The compensation for where we are now economically is very outdated.

There's a lot of trust in one another and open communication, which makes for a great work environment, but also benefits our clients and candidates. We also have very different backgrounds, it's always a pleasure learning about different cultures, traditions, food and customs. Never a dull moment.

clear expectation setting and road map

They moved quickly, I did have several rounds and had to fly in for an in-person interview, but from start to finish it was about a week and a half total. I loved the recruiter I had, he was very transparent the entire time and really listened to what I needed. Great experience overall.

Being trusted to do my job, as long as I'm meeting or exceeding my numbers, my leadership is happy. It's so nice not being micromanaged, I also love my territory, there's a ton of opportunity to make money and that's really why I'm in sales at the end of the day.
