To be paid a wage that is equal to my job. Some departments require more experience and knowledge than entry level new hires and the wage difference is pennies on the dollar

My team can work without any supervisor or manager as we have shown in the past couple months on more than one occasion

To be able to do my job successfully by meeting customers orders on or before expected delivery. A day without drama and fear
