Have compassion work as a team and help. Instead of being disrespected by customers because it's not there proplem they are running short. Then the managers will degrade the employees. This is emotionally damaging especially when they leave crying this is a MAJOR PROBLEM!

I feel undervalued,under appreciateed, mentally and physically drained! They make you feel worthless and incompetent. I need my job and if I say anything they will make comment and make my day uncomfortable. I'm getting depressed Im starting to get anxiety. I can't afford to leave my job. Help

They refuse to pay anyone what they are worth, will shave off hours that you worked to make labor, and will approve a raise and then go back and reduce it just to save money. They also go out of their way to schedule people just under the requirements to be eligible for benefits.

Stand up for employees, stop promoting managers who want nothing more than a power trip. Fire managers who will blatantly say that they are allowed and expected to disrespect staff purely because they are a manager.

Right now nothing at all. I try to give the best customer service and make sure my customers are happy but when we are busy and short staff customers are not happy and you don't make money. Thats when management should be helping to assure it runs smoothly

Management to have more training how to work as a team and treat their employees with dignity and respect. Mental health is real and they create a hostile work environment and something needs to be done. This is not right we are human we are not robots
