The best part of my compensation package is having the ability to have the Curative health insurance. The PPO Max is an excellent health plan that offers a variety of benefits such as Class Pass and Chiropractic coverage. Not to mention the health plan offers $0 copays.

we have received more job functions to do as an employee, our health benefit limits should be better and higher especially for dental or if someone needs surgery,chemo,ect. We should be paying little to no cost out of pocket. We need a pay increase for the extra job functions. Our raise wasnt enough

Getting a raise like we did last year within a 3 month span. It does not have to be 3 months but yearly or at least something. We take on a lot of projects and should be compensated for them

Micromanaging is not the best way to manage a group of people. I believe if the company did better at how they manage their employees and took a different approach with them they would get even better results. Sometimes it feels like this is school rather than work with how they manage.
