being human and caring about people instead of just money

maybe stopping the sweat shop attiitude and hire experienced workers to help train the new teams

they are all trainees so they will need 3-5 years at being able to do the job effectfively
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i do not know. i guess when mgmt said if they can run this team with a bunch of monkeys they would and we are all too expensive.
