
Dell need less managers and directors. People need to be technical and innovative. More inclined towards coding and software development not just talking. Hire right resources through rigorous process guys.
Compensation is lower for the technical people. Higher Management is minting all the money. Directors and above get the cuts from consultants, All the people getting hired through from family and friends.Full of non technical people who have big mouth.
Dell need more people on technical level like Amazon. Even Managers should be able to sit and code. Dell should get rid of people who can just talk and no innovation in the team.Dell should work in more restrictive and be more like a startup.
