The environment is great. No one does anything so it's very relaxed

My team is full of people that are not qualified for the position they are in.

I think we could all earn a lot more money. They artificially keep our pay low.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership is non existent. Every manager is just out for themselves and none of the underlings get any credit.
