Direct manager is phenomenal and amazing to work with. He is clear headed and completely open about your standing and performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overtime was cut as was the weekend shift difference. This was a pure cost cutting move at the same time our product is setting records for sales. It was a terrible time to cut pay as we receive daily emails of record sales.
