Through all my years with the company, I can say that I've been well taken care of. I've developed professionally and personally while being handsomely compensated. At the same time, my work life balance has never been compromised.

Doing things that show immediate business impact in critical areas.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I keep an eye on market compensation trends, and always come to the same conclusion - I am paid fairly through a combination of base, bonus and stock.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Compensation is off the table, because it is usually fair. Thereafter, it's the culture of the company that matters, along with learning opportunities. Dell Technologies does very well on these.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well, so that makes things so much easier. People in the company are approachable and often easy to get along with. Needless to say, they are also brilliant subject matter experts.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was lucky, in that I had only one interview while studying in business school. I have heard horror stories about candidates having to go through several rounds, and the company's recruiters often ghosting them, or creating unpleasant experiences in other ways. This needs to change.
