It has been a good experience for me. It is hard to believe in a few months I will reach my 5 year mark. That happened very fast. I have switched teams 3 times during that time. Which is a little odd. I liked my first team, but each time my new team has been better than before.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very inclusive. Also very positive.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can actually help a customer solve a problem efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team supports one another. They made me feel welcome and are always willing to help in any way that they can.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Very nice interviewers. They seemed to be trying to figure out if I would be a good fit at Dell, and if Dell would be a good fit for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The financial compensation is probably a little better than most companies. All the tools they provide to help us be healthier, physically, mentally, and financially. If we don't take advantage of all of this that is our fault.
