It has been great. The only downside is the many reorganizations. Having to train a new boss over six to nine month can be tedious.

The unique and interesting opportunities to try new things and see that your work is acknowledged.

Great attitudes and desire for the team to succeed. Innovative ideas are encouraged and team work is demonstrated daily.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support from upper management and the access to tools and training. Dell has numerous Employee Resource Groups and offer time to volunteer.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Salary while not the highest is fair given the WLB I enjoy. While FAANG may pay more, you often have to sell you should so to speak to the company. Equity is less frequent than I had hoped but the bonuses have been pretty good. The remote work option also helps make up for the lower salary.
