Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Got written up for hair color now hair color is black and blonde yet still got written up as well and nose piercing but yet other employees have colored hair and piercing i feel discrimated.

Yes!!!! there was no compensation for the 15 hour days, no benefits. Undervalued is a grotesque understatement!
