Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My inflation adjusted base salary is lower than what it was a couple of years ago when I started to work at DT. Automatically adjust base compensation for inflation.

We are expected to do a lot of things that are technically not in our work contract, yet people who go the extra mile do not get compensated with a promotion/pay raise

Based on the market and what this role is paid at other companies I know I am underpaid. I have also always been taking on more and then some outside of my role. I am a big proponent of taking on more to get experience however I think that is sometimes taken advantage of by leadership.

My contract is not being renewed. I was offered employment, then the employment was withdrawn. There is no compensation for this, as I'm being discriminated for being seriously ill.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have worked in the software industry for many years, so I am experienced and know what good looks like. I am also respectful towards my colleagues but the sense of team and people in general have been the most disappointing aspect of joining Dynatrace. The culture is not good.

I enjoy every morning sitting on my chair/desk and starting to contribute to sales by doing my job with quality and at a fast pace.

I feel like every day I have to look over my shoulder because I or someone might get fired with no prior knowledge or reason for why. Work just gets unloaded on people without asking if they are able to complete the tasks. There is no leadership.
