recognition, challenging work, being engaged in discussions and improvements. being listened to.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have worked in the software industry for many years, so I am experienced and know what good looks like. I am also respectful towards my colleagues but the sense of team and people in general have been the most disappointing aspect of joining Dynatrace. The culture is not good.
