Transparent, What you are told at the interview is truth not hype. This company is an employee first company. You are appreciated, valued and rewarded. I've never worked worked, in 30+ years, with a company like this that respects their employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company changes your home store without your consent and effectively eliminates an agreed upon compensation. This change makes the compensation for the job undesirable ( not competitive or adequate) and encourages employees to look elsewhere for work. Thanks for the training, though.

The culture is fair, transparency, integrity, treat customers and employees with respect. The environment is as far as the facility is clean, safe and above expectations of any other storage company.
