Fair treatment and standards more of leader to all not some friend to others

We are asked how we can improve safety. When something is recommended it is usually ignored. If you call in sick and your reason is not good enough for them, you are given an unexcused absence and PTO is refused if it is not requested at the time you call out even though it has been earned.

good insurance, great vacation/time off, paid fairly, flexible work schedule
