What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is very important to all of us and it should be practiced globally. Withholding information tends to make people anxious. Executives should also trust their managers and not to micromanage.

I am fairly paid for my level of experience and expertise.

all is best but worst is night shift allowance and BPO allowance which was never changed for last 10 years as far as i know.. it may be same for last 15 years

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
need better management who can see who is the genuine employee and who are not. there is a need to appreciate the employee for the effort and hard work provided rather than pointing one mistake in the entire work, it will be a demotivation to the employees.

Manager skills need to be improved.

Lack of appreciation and more complaints. Not ready to listen to what we wanted to say. Email and chats are ignored. Management needs to be friendly to some point, instead of pointing out the mistake all the time, they can atleast say some nice words for the work done.
