Top executives & leaders need to trust the people they hired to manage their teams and the business and admit they don't know everything & it's ok to lean on others to drive the business forward. The culture has to change to be more collaborative, empowering, empathetic & appreciative.

For the amount of years invested with the company and the current value of compensation offered by other organizations for the role I am in, I feel the compensation here is lower. If there are goodies provided by the comp and better reimbursements provided this would help in making me feel better.

Very interactive, always come up with activities to have the team bonding and fun though we are not at office yet

I believe that this is a Data company, not a service company. Sooner they realize that, sooner it can monetize new revenue streams.
