There is a competitive compensation plan. Most companies offer bonus plans that are impossible to obtain. Here at Frontier that is not the case.

A higher salary commensurate with telecom industry in my geographical area. I experienced a large cut in pay when hired and after 5 years nowhere near my previous salary at major telecom corporation.

Yearly bonus. As a specialist at Verizon I got a nice yearly bonus. I'm a manager here at Frontier and the bonus payout was discontinued except for directors and above.

I feel undervalued because I am not being utilized. I am not challenged and had more responsibility in the same role only a few years ago. My direct manager has either made me feel valued or vastly undervalued. Pay has only increased by 2% in 4+ years. I made more 5 years ago than now (same role).

The most positive about the culture and environment at my company has to be Respect. I've worked for the same company for 25 years. I don't recall management mistreating an employee.

Our leadership is abysmal. Outside of our new CEO, most of our leaders were put in those roles because they were friends not based on skill. As this pattern has continued the company has increasingly become worse. The FIX improve innovativeness and find better leaders.
